Karriere Kompakt 2026
On 14 October 2026, HanseYachts AG took part in the Karriere Kompakt job fair in Greifswald, meeting numerous school pupils interested in learning more about future career opportunities within the company.
Our HR colleagues Elisa Maria Oerters and Arne Brinkmann presented HanseYachts AG together with apprentices and students from the company, giving visitors a direct insight into our apprenticeship and study programmes.
Strong Interest in Apprenticeships
Throughout the day, many young visitors stopped by our stand to find out what an apprenticeship at HanseYachts AG looks like in practice. Questions ranged from everyday tasks and different training paths to development opportunities after completing an apprenticeship.
The strong interest led to many valuable conversations with young people from the region and created a good opportunity to present the wide range of career paths available within HanseYachts AG.
Around 250 Visitors at Our Booth
“With around 250 visitors at our booth, the fair was a great success,” says Arne Brinkmann, Apprenticeship Coordinator at HanseYachts AG. “Our wide range of apprenticeship opportunities attracted a lot of interest, and our newly designed booth also received an excellent response. Overall, it was a successful day and a great start to bringing our presence at career fairs back to life.”
The positive response gives us confidence that some of the visitors we met in Greifswald may become part of our next apprenticeship intake in September 2027.
Looking for the Next Generation
Events such as Karriere Kompakt give us the opportunity to meet young people personally, answer their questions and show them what working at HanseYachts AG can offer.
