This new partnership marks a significant step for the brand in the region, creating a stronger local presence and opening a fresh chapter for customers looking to discover Hanse in one of the world’s most dynamic sailing markets.
A Strong New Local Partner
Performance Cruising Yachts brings long-standing experience and strong market knowledge to this new role. Founded in 1995 by Olympic yachtsman, the company is one of Australia’s best-established sailing businesses.
It offers factory-backed representation, local expertise and a complete ownership experience, from first enquiry to delivery and ongoing support.
First Major Appearance Together
The first event of this new cooperation will take place at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show 2026, held from 21 to 24 May 2026 on Australia’s Gold Coast.
It is the first major platform for introducing the new partnership to the market and showing the strength of the HanseYachts portfolio in Australia.
Asia-Pacific Premiere of the Hanse 410
A key highlight of this debut will be the Asia-Pacific premiere of Hanse 410. The model has already attracted strong international attention, and Sanctuary Cove will be the first opportunity for visitors in the region to experience it in person.
The Hanse 410 on display will be a highly specified two-cabin, two-head version, equipped with sought-after features including air-conditioning, an upgraded Raymarine navigation package an upgraded sail package with electric Lewmar winches for easy short-handed sailing.
Hanse 460 on Display
The display will also include the Hanse 460, one of the most acclaimed models in the current range and winner of the European Yacht of the Year 2022 award.
At 15.3 metres, she will be one of the largest monohull sailing yachts at the show and will underline the scale and ambition of Hanse’s presence at Sanctuary Cove.
The yacht on display will be a four-cabin, two-bathroom version, the only one of its kind in Australia, offering exceptional comfort and space for extended family cruising.
