Hanse 461: The Icon Returns
Twenty years after the success of the original model, the Hanse 461 returns in a completely new form. Developed together with Berret-Racoupeau, she combines the proven strengths of the Hanse 460 with new solutions for easy sailing, fast cruising and life close to the water.
Easy Sailing from the Helm
The Hanse 461 has been designed for effortless handling, even with a small crew. All essential sailing functions can be controlled from the helm using one set of winches, while the self-tacking jib makes manoeuvring straightforward.
Twin steering wheels provide excellent visibility, and optional electric furling systems and secondary electric winches make sail handling even easier. With the mainsheet positioned on the coachroof, the cockpit remains open, comfortable and free from unnecessary lines.

Agile Performance
The hull has been developed to deliver a strong balance of speed, stability and control. A high rig and generous sail area give the Hanse 461 an energetic sailing character without compromising comfort.
Different keel options allow owners to adapt the yacht to their cruising area, while optional staysail, reacher and gennaker configurations expand its capabilities in both heavy and light winds.
A New Beach Club
One of the model’s innovations is the redesigned beach club at the stern. The enlarged swim platform and ergonomic lounge seats create a generous space for swimming, relaxing and enjoying direct access to the sea.
A new wet bar, available with an electric or gas barbecue, turns the cockpit into a natural social area. An optional fixed GRP hardtop and several canopy solutions provide additional protection from the sun and rain.
Flexible Interior Configurations
Below deck, the Hanse 461 offers a bright and modern interior with four large saloon hatches and a total of 26 ventilation openings.
Owners can choose from several cabin arrangements, including a spacious master cabin with an island berth or two separate forward cabins. Different saloon, galley, guest cabin, utility room and storage options make it possible to adapt the yacht to family cruising, longer journeys or charter use.
A wide selection of woods, floorboards, fabrics and upholstery finishes adds another level of individual customisation.

With its easy handling, agile performance, flexible interior and new connection to the water, the Hanse 461 brings together the four pillars of the brand: Easy Sailing, Fast Cruising, Innovative Design and Individual Customisation.
